Project Management

To get a project finished, you must understand its current status, and what remains to be completed. Our project managers communicate, communicate, and communicate with both you and the engineers assigned to the project, ensuring that everyone understands what is expected of them and when it is expected. This process starts with our initial discussions – we want to know not only what your product needs to be, but when you need the project finished. This process continues throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will be assigned a project manager who will be responsible for getting the team to deliver the project on time and for communicating on your project’s progress and status. If you have special reporting, updating, or invoicing requirements, we will work to ensure those needs are met. These have taken on many forms, from written reports, to weekly status meetings, to scheduled conference calls, to budget/cashflow projections – our objective is make your life easy and get finished.

Good project management is a hands-on service. Our project managers not only work with our engineers on the project, they also work with our vendors to ensure they are delivering their services on time and as expected. In addition, they will work with your team and vendors, during both the development and production phases of the project. During development, we can assist you in testing the product and if it part of a larger system you are developing, integrating it into that larger system. Once a product’s development is complete, we can support your contract manufacturer in transitioning the product from design to production. Our drive, attention to detail, and focus on communication will ensure that your project is completed on time and within budget, creating a success for all parties.
